As discussed at the members meeting we’ll try and set up 1-2 of these events a month to try if it’s sustainable. we need a minimum of 4 members to make it work. If more people apply we might be able to work in shifts. aim is to fillet all the smallest fish and sell this. So we balance out our tank fills with our fish sales
